Our operators carry out an assessment before proceeding with each treatment, provided that no non-professional treatment has been carried out previously. This assessment is free of charge if treatment is necessary and carried out at our center, as well as for all family members of the person being treated.

Treatments
The treated person must present themselves at the Center with clean, dry, and detangled hair. Severely tangled hair is untreatable.
In the case of a very severe infestation (requiring a treatment of more than 1h30), the treatment will be performed in two stages, separated by a maximum of a few days, and an additional fee of 45 EUR will be charged.
At the client’s request, a simple haircut can be performed by our operators, charged at 20 EUR.
